Who Are We?
Phil and Mark set up Affinity Productions in 2001 when they had some spare time on their hands. Originally just promoting themselves as wedding videographers. Whilst the business had been a great success in 2008 they decided that it was time to direct the company into the future of the online video industry.
Their reasons were two-fold, firstly more and more people had access to larger internet connections such Broadband allowing them to watch video over the internet. Secondly, this trend of watching video/TV over the internet was going to be 'the future'...just like garlic bread!
Producing a TV commercial and putting it on TV is prohibitive based on cost for the small business, however, we can offer a service to small businesses giving them the chance to promote their products and services via online video and embracing social media.
Philip Cavalier-Lumley
Phil is an experienced businessman. Having owned and operated several businesses over the last ten years including Affinity Productions he is the man that pushes Affinity Productions forward for future success. Phil is also President of JCI Bradford (Junior Chamber), JCI is a personal development organisation and part of a world wide network of Junior Chambers.
Mark O'Shea
Mark is the technical 'Master' behind Affinity Productions, with a first class honours degree in Electronic Imaging and Media Communications from Bradford University and a winner of two Royal Television Society Student Awards, he really is the backbone of the company.
